My other link is a kind of paradox. Fully restored and perfect, that car would be worth a hundred grand. However, it would cost 80 to do really perfectly (probably), the market is very small for them, and availability of parts leaves any potential buyer going NOPE NOPE NOPE despite it being easy to make a $30k car out of for $10k. Meanwhile, it’s spendy enough that the cheap splash crowd (if they even thought to look at it) look at what would be involved and NOPE NOPE NOPE from the other direction... which is presumably why it’s not a SPIDERWEBS AND CHAINS ZOMG zero-effort rat rod by now.
That leaves only insane PCH people as an interested market, specifically PCH people who like bathtub Packards. So... me and a few other guys. Maybe.
